Design & Approvals
Thinking about an extension or loft conversion? We can help design, prepare drawings and submit planning and building control applications

Are you concerned about a defect to your property? Cracks, dampness, water ingress etc. We can inspect and advise on remedial action.
Commercial Clients
GRAYS services include condition surveys, dilapidations assessments, defect inspections and measured surveys. We will be able to tailor these to meet your needs.
